God is calling His church in West Africa to join Him in making disciples of Jesus Christ where He is least known. At SIM WAMO, we walk with you and your church from the first step of exploring your call, through training, and into serving cross-culturally.
Pray, talk with your church, and seek God’s direction. Together we help you consider where your gifts and passions can serve in God’s mission.
If you feel led to move forward, complete our application process. This includes sharing your story, interviews, and references from your church.
We provide orientation, cross-cultural training, and guidance in building a team of prayer and financial partners who will stand with you.
Once prepared, you’ll join a ministry team serving among communities where Christ is least known. SIM and your church continue to support and encourage you along the way.
SIM is a faith mission. Mission workers are not salaried; instead, they trust God to provide through the prayers and financial partnership of churches, family, and friends.
Your church is central. We only send mission workers in partnership with their local church.
Commitment and preparation are essential. Training, accountability, and community care help sustain you in long-term service.
