Faithful Witness (FW) is a movement that takes the gospel to places that are often overlooked—communities where Christ is least known and, in many cases, not known at all. Instead of sending individuals in isolation, FW forms diverse, multi-ethnic teams who live and serve together, modeling the reconciling power of the gospel as they share Christ in hard-to-reach contexts.
What makes FW unique is its intentional focus on forgotten places—those not usually on the map of traditional mission sending. By combining skills, cultures, and experiences, each team becomes a living testimony of Jesus’ love and unity, breaking barriers and building bridges for the gospel.
At WAMO, we see FW as a vital partner in mobilizing the West African church into global mission. Through FW, believers from our region can join hands with brothers and sisters from around the world to be Christ’s faithful witnesses—courageous, united, and present where hope is needed most.
